Rate is per equipment rented plus tax. Pedal Pontoons are rated for 4 riders or 750 lbs. Adult 18 years of age or older must accompany minor. Life jackets, anchor, rope ladder, bimini, cup holders, and cooler are on board. Children under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket.

Rate is per equipment rented plus tax. Vessel, paddles, and life jackets included. Paddle equipment leaves from the shoreline at the marina. Types of paddle equipment include - Single sit in kayak, Single sit on kayak, Tandem sit on kayak, Tandem sit in kayak, Single canoe, Tandem canoe, Single paddle boards.

Adult 18 years of age or older must accompany minors.

Pontoon Rental

Canoe - Kayak - Paddle Board

No towing - No tubing: This includes, but is not limited to; skis, other vessels, toys, people, trees, debris, tubes, knee boards, or anything of the kind.
No grills - No hard sole shoes/boots
Vessels and/or equipment cannot be operated after sunset or before sunrise.
Arrive 30 minutes before reserved time for check-in, driver orientation, and to load boat.
Restrooms available beside marina office. Needless to say, boats do not have a toilet.
Marina reserves the right to cancel reservations and/or close due to weather. On these rare occasions, notifications are usually last minute as we get severe "pop-up" storms during the season. We are in the mountains and weather forecasts are, well, normally wrong. We've been doing this a long time, and our best advice is to be prepared for rain at any given time. It may a quick, light shower or it may a fast-moving storm. Prepare accordingly.
Reservations highly recommended. Reservations are made by phone or in person. No online reservations.
2 Hour minimum rental time applies to all motorized vessels. 2 Hour rentals are based on availability. Walk-in only.
Credit card required to make reservation. No security deposit nor reservation fee charged. Please, be prepared to pay for the time you have reserved. By making a reservation, customer authorizes Nottely Marina to charge card on file for cancellation fees or other outstanding balances should customer leave before reservation total is settled.
Cancellation fee of $100 NOT charged if marina is notified of cancellation 48 hours before reserved time. Email cancellations not accepted.
On holidays and holiday weekends an 8-hour reservation is required.
Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
All drivers must be present at check in to operate vessel. Valid driver's license required. Drivers are required to watch the Georgia DNR safety video.
Multiday and 24-hour rentals are charged rental rate and taxes at check in. Fuel is charged at check out or as needed. Multiday rate applies to (2) or more consecutive reserved days.
Customer is responsible for fuel used. Boat departs with a full tank.
Drivers are responsible for everything and everyone on board vessel. Driver takes full responsibility for all their guests including, but not limited to, their safety.
Delivery and/or pick up from rental property is not available. Vessels must depart from and return to the marina.
All instructions, contracts, and driver orientation are given in English.
Do not beach or run boat aground. Keep the boat in the water. Electric anchor is on board pontoons. Trolling motor is available on fishing boat.
Prop replacement fee of $300 will be charged at check-out if unusual or additional damage has been done to prop while customer operated vessel.
Return vessel to fuel dock 15 minutes before end of reservation to unload your gear and crew. Late return fee $30 for every 30 minutes late. Never travel further than time and/or fuel allow.
Normal dirtiness is expected. We don't mind that, but if a vessel is returned with mud, clay, or dirt on board customer will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
Children may never be left unattended while on marina property and/or equipment. Please, watch children carefully. Children under the age of 13 must wear a lifejacket on board moving vessels. We recommend they always wear a lifejacket. Children will be fitted for appropriate lifejacket before loading vessel.
Customer and their guests use marina property and equipment at their own risk. Nottely Marina is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages/losses to person(s) or property, loss of life, or drowning resulting from customers' use of marina facilities and/or equipment. Each visitor and guest thereof are responsible for their own safety, well-being, and for following all marina rules and guidance. By visiting Nottely Marina visitors voluntarily agree to the above statement and fully understand the risks. You and your guests are responsible and liable for your individual safety and well-being.
Nottely Marina personnel reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to ask any guest at any time to leave the property without prior notice and without justification. We are fairly laid-back folks, so if we ask a guest to leave, it is a very warranted request, and we ask that you respect and comply with our request.

If you have any questions, don't worry, we will cover all the "fine print" at check-in. No one likes boring paperwork, so we try to be very direct so, you can begin enjoying your day on the water. Questions are encouraged.
